NOTE: WARRANTY WILL BE VOID DUE TO CONTAMINATION AND/OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION BUT NOT LIMITED TO.
Solenoid Pro is confident in our quality of work and our technicians. We remanufacture and test all solenoids for integrity and efficiency higher than OEM. We provide to our direct customer(s) a one year warranty from the date of purchase under normal use and service. If after installing a master set of SOLPRO Solenoids to your valve body, you suspect a fault may be present, we may offer to send your valve body to us for a complete diagnostic and test evaluation. If a solenoid is found bad, we will repair or replace at the original purchase price, at our option and at no cost to the customer. If we determine that the problem is located in a circuit related to the valve body, we will offer to rebuild it for the difference of the cost of the SOLPRO Solenoids you have already purchased. We reserve the right to inspect and test the solenoid operation to determine if it is defective.
If you have a problem, contact us by phone, fax or email and inform Solenoid Pro the nature of your problem, the part number and date of purchase. Warranty claims for solenoid (s) or scheduling your valve body assembly for testing and evaluation must be pre-approved through SOLPRO by calling 408-287-4500 before any work begins.
We require that our SOLPRO Solenoids be installed by an automotive professional. You are required to follow the Manufactures Procedures for removal, installation, and torque requirements.
Our Warranty does not cover towing or any other expenses that might be incurred in transporting, loss of earnings, personal injury, damage due to an accident, misuse, alteration, lack of maintenance or improper installation. This Warranty will NOT be valid if required factory approved fluid has not been used in the assembly or damaged in racing or off-road use. Other electrical (sensors or switches). Removal or installation costs are not covered. Solenoid Pro is not responsible for or not liable for consequential or incidental damages to person or property resulting from the use or misuse of our product. There is no Warranty which extends beyond Solenoid Pro’s Warranty description of the face hereof. Solenoid Pro's Warranty will end after the expiration of time from the date of the original invoice. Any repairs or replacement will not extend the warranty.
